Charges & Fees

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier. HOT SHRED is not responsible for these charges.

We are not liable for message delivery delays or failures caused by carrier issues, technical problems, or spam filtering.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
